This policy explains what personal data Ba Den Mountain Private Tours (“we”) collects through badenmountain.com and on WhatsApp, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. The data controller is Ba Den Mountain Private Tours, Binh Minh Ward, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.

1. What we collect

When you book: your name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, number of guests, hotel for pickup, and anything you tell us in the notes (for example dietary needs or mobility limits). When you pay: card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card, never the full card number. When you message us: the content of your WhatsApp or email conversation.

2. Why we use it

To confirm and run your tour, to send your confirmation and pickup details, to take payment and issue refunds, to answer your questions, and to keep the accounting records Vietnamese law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Your guide, driver and our partner operator: your name, number of guests, pickup hotel and time, WhatsApp number and any special needs — only what they need to run the day. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide is told the amount still due. Payment providers: the card processor and PayPal, for the full payment or the 30% deposit. Service providers: our website host, our email provider (Google) and WhatsApp (Meta), which process data on our behalf.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: 10 years, as Vietnamese accounting rules require. WhatsApp and email conversations: 2 years after your tour, then deleted. We run no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it by law. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 30 days.

6. Security and transfers

The site uses HTTPS throughout, and access to booking data is limited to the people who run your tour. Some of our service providers store data outside Vietnam; they are bound by their own security and data-protection commitments.
